I must tell you that my experience with bestlaminate was a joy. The underlayment was exactly as advertised, the price was amazingly low, and your customer service was second to none. I just wanted to say how pleased I am with your service & product. I ordered Classen CLA-079 several weeks ago & the order came promptly & in perfect condition. There wasn't any planks that were unusable. The floor looks beautiful. My wife says I'm not very handy but this was easy to do with a great end result. I have already given Best Laminate 3 recommendations to friends. Thanks again.

The shipment arrived on time and in excellent condition.
Thank you Thank you thank you... There was a very small window that I had to get the flooring installed and I was soo worried of a slip up. Please Thank Ingrid and the members of the customer service crew for answering all my questions, worries and ensuring the laminate arrived on time for the installers. The installers were very complimentary of the Megaloc product. All three said it was a quality product. The floors are beautiful!!!!!We had bunches of people compliment the floors and ask where we bought the laminate. Maybe you will get some activity. Again thank you for the wonderful customer service. If you ever need a reference I am there!!!!!

Professional and patient
 I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your professional and patient help with my small project. I was surprised last night when I checked my email to find that everything already shipped! (As has made it to Indianapolis already). I had tried to get help from iFloor to solve the laminate-to-tile problem. (I may have mentioned that we had purchased several hundred feet from them just over a year ago). After at least four attempts to get help from four different representatives at iFloor over a several month period... finally over the Thanksgiving weekend my wife and I came across BestLaminate. I have one regret... that I couldn't have purchased the material for the first part of the project from BestLaminate.

P.S. I've attached a shot of the previous finished project. After having this done, my wife loved it so much she wanted our small dining area done also. (Oh yeah, we ripped out 13 year-old faded pink carpet... it used to be burgundy... this looks 1000 times better).

I am letting you know that the 2 missing Stair nose molding pieces have been sent to my door about 10 minutes ago by UPS airway overnight. This is shocking me because of the World Class service that the BestLaminate and Versatrim company had provided to a customer. I did not expect to receiving these 2 pieces of moldings from Versatrim so quickly, all I expecting was Versatrim will send the replacement in normal shipping method that would be find to me. But this customer service from the BestLaminate and Versatrim is above and beyond the normal level.
You guy treat customer’s matter like of your owns, that’s all I can say. In this world it’s hard to find the good and nice people like you guys. I thank God for that, and thank you all of you for your service. This will give an experience of life time and I never will forget this.

Your prices are amazing!
Without your assistance and expert help, I wouldn't have been able to do all the flooring in my condo. Your prices are amazing! I saved enough money to do more than I thought I could. Instead of just thinking I could afford enough to do only my living room but I saved enough from you to do the kitchen, balcony, two walk in closets and my bedroom/office floors too. With the great savings I also installed a wall to wall desk with 16 filing drawers and 5 regular drawers and wall to wall overhead bins for storage. This gave me enough room to put in a recliner to also make it my personal TV room.
Again without your help in giving me the very best deals and savings I couldn't accomplish all this. You've made my Christmas a very memorable and joyous one. I can not thank you enough. You truly are the best company I have ever dealt with.
