KRAUS Tile Laminate Flooring SAMBATINA SLATE

I recently placed an order with your site for some new flooring and wanted to share my experience with you. I found your site by accident via Ebay on a particular tile product called Sambatina. I thought it was exactly what I was looking for and the price fit my budget. While on your site, I had several web chats with Amy that day to assist me further. We looked at several other possible options and she was kind enough to send me samples of several of them on Friday that I received at work on Monday. After ruminating on the tile samples in my home, I went with one of the other ones that she suggested. We picked up our web chat on Tuesday with more questions on my part that were handled quickly and very professionally. Next came the difficult task of finding enough of the Vulcan slate tile to cover my needs (about 440 square feet). We came up one box short with what your warehouse had in stock, so Amy went on a mission to find another box somewhere, anywhere and was successful. Your prices are wonderful, the customer service is top-notch and so far my experience has been only positive. I am expecting delivery sometime next week with installation occurring before the end of the month and can’t wait to see my home improvement completed.
