You guys did a great job. It was a little scary ordering online because it is hard to tell what a floor will look like with such a small piece to judge. Fred was very helpful and bent over backwards to help me through the process. His advice and coaching helped me decide to go with you all. The price was great and the shipping was on time and quick. You all had to ship the mouldings in two shipments and I was appreciative that you all were willing to send me what you had, so I could get started. We had a few snags but they were worked out to my satisfaction. Each time, you all were more than willing to stand behind the product and offer me whatever I needed to make the experience positive.The floor looks great and I am very pleased with your company. If I can get my wife to take some pictures of the floor with her phone, I will send a few to help others who are curious.
