We had a little flood in our basement in the fall which meant we had to replace some of our laminate floor which was over 9 years old. I did not know if I would find the same brand/lot#/color so I went online to see if I could find my floor. When I contacted your sales department the help I received was excellent!!! The gentleman took my information, listened to my story, and helped me narrow down three possible colors and the flooring that I needed;however, he suggested that I should wait until he sent samples to make the final decision.I matched the color, called back, and ordered the floor and trim. It came in a few days and the floor is fixed.
