Quick-Step Perspective Ansel Oak Laminate Flooring

I am completely happy with your service. I ordered 10 boxes of Laminate flooring a couple of months ago. The order got damaged during shipment...all 10 boxes. The pallet apparently got bumped hard enough during shipment that it broke the strapping, part of the pallet and the plastic wrap. All of the boxes were damaged on one end. I took pictures of the damage and emailed a lady at your company. She promptly sent out another 10 boxes which were delivered the very next week...with no damage! I know these things happen, I was just glad that Best Laminate is the kind of company that truly knows what customer service is all about. I was very inpressed...I give your company an A+.

I give this company two thumbs up for great customer service...I ordered 10 boxes of Ansel Oak flooring which got damaged during shipment. The boxes had been hit on one end by something and were all toppled over on the pallet. The shrink wrap was not intact and upon opening the boxes, every plank had some visible damage. The carrier noted the damage on the receipt, I took pictures then called the company. The lady I talked with was very courtious and upon reviewing the pictures I emailed to her, had another 10 boxes shipped out within 3 days. With customer service like this, you can bet Best Laminate will be the company I recommend to everyone from now on. And their prices are great too!

My husband and I are very pleased with this flooring. We had it installed in our dining room, kitchen and hall. It has been down approx. 8 mos. now and we have no complaints with it. We have a large dog and 2 cats that go in and out all day long, so we get plenty of sand that comes in on their feet, but I just vacuum every couple of days and damp mop the floor with laminate floor cleaner once a week and it keeps it looking like new. It has a really tough surface...even though my dog has very long toe nails there are no scratch marks at all after 8 mos. We are so happy with it that we are ordering enough to do our bedroom now.
