Southern Traditions laminate wood flooring collection provides 25-Year Residential Limited Warranty to the original purchaser for 25 years from the date of purchase and guarantee covers:
The flooring surface will not wear-through under normal use conditions
The flooring surface will not fade due to sun or electrical light exposure
Allow unopened cartons of planks to remain in the room where they are to be installed at least 24 hours prior to installation. This is to allow the wood to adopt to the normal environment of the room. All surfaces must be clean, dry, smooth and level before installation. Do not install planks over: 1. Any floor exposed to excessively hot or cold temperature. 2. Any floor exposed to excessive moisture. 3. Any floor exposed to excessive moisture. 4. Radiant heated floors. 5. Particle boards.
Plank Installation: 1. Unroll Moisture barrier foam to cover entire room ( only if you install over cement subfloor) 2. Begin in one corner of the room with four planks. The extended groove facing out into the room. The tongue pointing toward the starting wall. 3. At a slight angle insert the tongue of plank A into the groove of plank B, until the laminate edges meet, then press downward to lock. There should not be any gaps at the joints if attached correctly. 4. Follow this method in both directions until the floor is covered. 5. If last row needs to be cut, use circular saw to cut as necessary. 6. Maintain a quarter inch expansion space between the floor planks and the wall.
Maintenance: Sweep, damp mop, or vacuum regularly. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Use furniture leg coasters. Do not wax! This will make the floor’s surface too slippery and may cause accidents.

I shopped around and compared many different sites in addition to visiting my local building supply stores. I located a 25 year warranty product and a free sample of color sent to me. The color did not match my existing woodwork so I called and ordered a shade lighter, basically sight unseen for my home. I removed carpet and installed approximately 800 sq feet of flooring in 3 days. I’m not a professional, I’m not very fast, but I took my time, carefully lining up edges and not treating things to aggressively and it turned out beautiful! The shipping was fast, I received my flooring on a single pallet, wrapped and protected and it made unloading at work and taking home in my truck a breeze- I don’t like hand loading and unloading 40 boxes, but just moving them one time instead of two was a good thing. I had some planks that were damaged or defective but I was able to use most of them for end cuts or beginning pieces. The staff at Bestlaminate was awesome, O located and shopped on the internet and called to place my order after chatting on-line with one of their employees. She gave me an additional discount because the promotion was still being offered in their store. Three days later my flooring arrived. One thing I did notice and id not contact them about is that though my flooring is from the same manufacturer, same item number, same packaging- I have two different textures on the flooring. They look the same but when looking across with the light just right you can see a very distinctive texture difference in the product. I thought it was not worth the effort to correct (how do you know which one is really ‘different’ anyway?). All in all, I have passed their information to friends and colleagues who are looking at laminate flooring for their homes. Price, service and delivery are unmatched. Good job Beslaminate.net!
